Trainees are vital to the work and the growth of the College, and are welcomed in many positions in volunteering for the RCPCH. There are committees and groups dedicated to the Trainee experience, including the Trainee Committee and the Trainee Research Network.

The Trainee Research Network provides opportunities for trainees to undertake research, and we're now recruiting a Regional Representative for Northern Ireland.
The Trainee Committee has a vacancy for a Regional Representative to cover the East of England. This committee raises training issues and brings them to the attention of the College.
